Cub Scout Pack 501 Donates Bluebird Houses
Cub Scouts from the Bear and Webelos dens of Pack 501 recently presented the
Ashland County Parks District with 24 new bluebird houses for use at the
County Parks. The houses were built by the scouts following plans obtained
from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources website. Recent land
acquisitions by the County Parks District have created new opportunities for
the public to enjoy bird watching and many other outdoor activities. Pack
501 is sponsored by Trinity Lutheran Church in Ashland.
