Introduction This 176 acre park primarily consists of floodplain forest along the Black Fork of the Mohican River. There are a number of vernal pools and small open marshes found throughout the forest. The park is connected to the Black Fork Bottoms park through an easement across private land. Public hunting and fishing are the primary activities in this park, but it will be open to casual hiking during the spring and fall. For rules and regulations click here. Time: Sunrise to Noon Dates: April 19, 2009 thru May 16, 2010 This Park will open for general public use at noon on these dates This park is open to turkey hunting lottery winners only on these dates. Lottery winners should have their lottery card with them and hunt only in their assigned area.
On Sat. April 17 and Sun. April 18, 2010, this park will be closed from Sunrise to Sunset. The park is open to Youth Turkey Lottery winners only on these dates No General Public use during this time Report violations to 419-606-4561

DIRECTIONS FROM THE SOUTH : Take I-71 north to exit 176,
go East on US 30 three miles, then north on St. Rt. 603 three miles and
the park is on the left ( just after passing underneath I-71)
